Cauldwell Wingate continues work at the New York Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital Parking Lot, nearing completion of Phase 1. Final grading, below grade drainage, electrical utilities, and curb work are complete in preparation for paving, line striping, and installation of final lighting. CWC will deliver this phase of additional capacity to the hospital to satisfy their growing needs for parking and patient access.

- The new main entrance to 8 Court Square
Last week, we unveiled the new main entrance to 8 Court Square. Along with the newly poured sidewalks and automated glass entry doors, the main entrance features a cantilevered steel canopy clad in black metal panels, decorative metal screening, decorative lighting, and laminated glass. It looks very elegant!Thank you to our staff, our subcontractors, Rose Associates and Hill West Architects.
