Cauldwell Wingate served as Construction Manager to fast-track the three outpatient centers for Northwell Health (formerly North Shore-LIJ):
Flushing Ambulatory Care
Fit-out and installation of nuclear camera and x-ray machines, build-out of examination rooms, consultation rooms, and common areas.
Whitestone Ambulatory Care
Fit-out of examination rooms, consultation rooms and common areas as well as the coordination and installation of a nuclear camera and x-ray machines.
Urgent Care Center at Rego Park, Ground Floor
Build-out of an 18,000sf DOH/Article 28 space. The project includes x-ray equipment, nuclear camera, a lobby upgrade, new office and reception areas, ultrasound rooms and an andro lab. Infrastructure requirements included a new HVAC unit, a 16-ton, water cooled A/C unit, and eight split unit A/C systems.
Urgent Care Center at Rego Park, 2nd & 3rd Floors In 2012, Cauldwell Wingate returned to Rego Park and renovated an additional 30,000 sf. The multi-specialty program included OB/ GYN, maternal/fetal medicine, cardiology, and orthopedics and occupied the entire 2nd Floor. A portion of the 3rd Floor was built.
