Cauldwell Wingate has been retained as Construction Manager for the renovation and reconfiguration of the lobby area at Mount Sinai’s Brooklyn facility. Scope of work includes the renovation of the entranceway and the addition of an elevator and staircase. The staircase leads to the newly-created Command Center, which will be used for urgent communication and teleconferencing. Restrooms have been renovated with an additional restroom added, all ADA compliant. The lobby area will feature terrazzo flooring.
