The interesting story with this is that Aurora asked us to sit next to them with design team members in order to develop a useable floorplan that they could take off the shelf and build on almost any floor in this building, in order to avail a potential tenant of that option. Finishes, colors, and certain things could be changed to suit the tenant but the basic set up is already done. This was Matt Abreu’s approach to making things easier to lease up and he holds a little more control with his design and his CM (US) building it. It give potential tenants options.
Each floor was about $2,000,000 in construction.
