Paul Roberts is an accomplished leader with over 25 years of international experience, serving as Vice President of Technical Services at Cauldwell Wingate. Leveraging his extensive expertise in cost management, project controls, and project management, Paul drives the successful execution of pre-construction and project control services. His deep understanding of the New York City market, paired with a global perspective, makes him a pivotal force in delivering transformative results across every project Cauldwell Wingate undertakes.

Throughout his career, Paul has earned a reputation for delivering complex, high-profile projects, including the iconic 9/11 Memorial, alongside numerous commercial, educational, hospitality, healthcare, and residential developments. His leadership is defined by a steadfast commitment to innovation, excellence, and collaboration. Paul excels at bridging the gap between strategy and execution, employing advanced technologies, streamlining processes, and inspiring teams to consistently achieve goals.
