Cauldwell Wingate was retained as Construction Manager to complete the 3,000sf fit-out of a cutting-edge, interdisciplinary graduate research lab designed to foster an environment of innovation, collaboration, and learning in the development of research projects involving educational games and movement-based interfaces. The work required careful planning, detailed site logistics, and a rigorous safety program to ensure that disruptions to the University’s ongoing operations were minimized. The final project included custom lighting, whiteboards across a full wall, and numerous computer stations.
