Cauldwell Wingate served as the Construction Manager for three outpatient centers for Northwell Health:

Flushing Ambulatory Care: Installed nuclear camera and x-ray machines, and built examination and consultation rooms.

Whitestone Ambulatory Care: Completed examination and consultation room fit-outs, and coordinated the installation of nuclear camera and x-ray machines.

Urgent Care Center at Rego Park: Built an 18,000 sq ft space with x-ray equipment, nuclear camera, upgraded lobby, new office and reception areas, ultrasound rooms, and an andro lab. Infrastructure included HVAC units and A/C systems.

Additional work was done at the Rego Park Urgent Care Center, renovating 30,000 sq ft for a multi-specialty program.
