Commitment to detail, quality and integrity with understanding of fiscal responsibility and a dedication to clear communication with clients and staff. Mr. Norris is responsible for overall project execution, coordination and oversight on all aspects of construction from inception to project close-out. He establishes project objectives and policies, and ensures that corporate resources relating to estimating and purchasing, scheduling, staffing, accounting and cost control, contract administration, and project execution, enabling Cauldwell Wingate to meet and exceed expectations.
