This weekend Cauldwell Wingate, along with Morrow Crane erected the tower crane for 250 E 83rd Street.
W29th Street South Façade is nearing completion!
Exterior panel erection, continues at our West 29th Street – Self Storage facility project, with the last few remaining panels being set in place from an LTM-1100 mobile crane set up at the job site. The panel installation was completed in record time allowing for hanging scaffold rigs to follow on behind to complete caulking at the joints. Permanent power was also energized this month by Con Edison.

The 29th Street Project is progressing nicely with panel installation to be complete this week, roof tanks being constructed and the exterior of the building moving long.
